This place is AWFUL!!!! We have now submitted a formal Complaint to the better business bureau. We have not had a working hot water heater since 12/8/2021 with the zero reification for the problem. We paid them $1200 with 5 separate visits, a promise of a refund of some kind and NOTHING. I will continue to write reviews, call to complain to the city, the state, whatever it takes for this company to right the wrong it has caused.

Brian Sanchez did an awesome job for us today. We had a home inspection done and a small leak was found under our tub pea trap. Brian found the source of the leak was the overflow in the tub being loose and fixed it quickly and professionaly. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
